We got a voicemail in our company mailbox from a guy who had a question about a "plastic coupler" they were making for us. We asked around the engineering dept and nobody had outsourced anything like that.
Guy next to me returned the call and the guy said "yeah I got a question on this plastic coupler we're making for you that connects the gearbox of the brush hog to the motor". He had the wrong company and/or phone number. But we got a good laugh out of the poor unsuspecting buyers that will be getting a "brush hog" with a plastic coupler on the gearbox. Guess they won't need shear bolts, :lol:
