She just wants the best for you, (but I do think keeping active is a good thing... just don't over-do until you get this Histo thing under control). AND painting every building that gets in your path, AND hauling wheel barrows of green stuff out of a pond... just MIGHT be construed as over-doing it... MAYBE. LOL
But I really think that the yard/garden work that Dad did after retirement truly kept him going for many years. Once he began to sit in a recliner and watch TV with mom all day, his health definitely declined much faster.
So we have to keep on keepin' on... BUT just have to remember to go at a little slower pace, take breaks if needed and stay hydrated AND WEAR YER HAT. :)
Around here we all run around with a "Bubba" insulated mugs full of ice water... all day, every day, year-round. We drink A LOT of water.
