Dave. I had a stroke going on two years ago now. I was just like you. Couldn't do much.It has been a long road but I am getting better.Still have some problems.All I can say is take it one day at a time. Ask for help when you need it. Be careful with the meds they give you. Some can make you very sick. So talk to your doctor.It will all come back in time. My right arm and hand hurt all the time. Deep heat helped that. Face was numb but now just a little section.It is a pain but don't give up. If you want to talk email me.
