I have had a Ford 8n in the past with the cat 1, 3 pt hitch and thought it was just fine. If I had my choice and could find one here in southern California at a good price, an 800 series Ford with the 3 pt would be my favorit choice. I ask questions when I am not knowledgeable about something, as in the IH Fast Hitch... I was not aware of the cat 2 hitch either. Thanks to all for their input.
