Been too lazy to get one. LOL I really need to as I can feel how I am getting out of shape not doing as many chores this last year or so. I had to climb the silo last week and had to take several "rest" breaks.
What I find funny is that I can lift about as much as I ever could. I get winded fast but can still lift OK. My sons are not as large of fellows as me. They can go without being winded but can't lift as much as I can,even with me being an old man. The only thing I can think of is stacking feed all during my teen years developed my shoulders and such more than theirs are.
Are you real dry there after a pretty wet early spring??? Some fellows having corn/bean emergence issues in your area.
