From what I'm seeing were (corporations) are pushing toward browser contained apps which are OS neutral. Win 10 and what it comes bundled with appears to be geared towards the consumer (and consumer habit tracking) when first installed. Not the corporate user or working professional whatever that is (MS office, email,tasks)now a days.
A half hour of Win 10 setting changes and all the social media/cortana/user experience enhancement bloat can be turned off and you're back to a platform to run MS Windows based programs.
