I am building a small home built boom sprayer for the back of my tractor. Most of it is done, but I've been looking at sprayer pumps for a few months now. Northern has one I'd like, in the 3-4.5 gpm range, 12v, but I'm not interested in spending $115 right now. Craigslist hasn't had any compatible pumps listed.
Make a 180 degree turn now....our front load washing machine is 12 years old and the tub bearings are louder than loud....parts alone to fix it is over $450, so it will be replaced in the next month. Last year, I put a new drain pump in it.
When the washer is tossed out, could I take the pump out of it and use it for a sprayer? Or am I out in left field and clueless?
