JohnT, Same thing in TH, JI Case paid more than a college degree. Coal mines too, a kid could quit HS, dad got him a job in coal mine could make more than a college degree. Everything that paid good is gone. Only a few factories left and the City is doing it's best to run them out by wanting to close down all RR traffic in the City. To add insult to injury, County decides to make it a 830 acre nature center instead of selling it or giving to so a factory needing a large chunk of land to set up shop. Not only did the county lose taxes, they added a tax burden, someone has to mow 830 acres. geo.
