Warren Distributing bottles the oil to TSC specifications. They are the same people that bottle Wal Mart Super-Tech and many other brands. If you look on the bottom of the bottle you will see WPP; WWP; ect depending on what warren plant bottled it.
Since TSC specifies what ingredients to use and warren only mixes said ingredients together and puts it in a bottle TSC is listed as the manufacturer.
Who refined the oil is any bodies guess because bulk oil from different refiners are mixed when in bulk. The difference in one brand over another is just what additives are added just like the difference is Shell and Exxon gasoline. Only difference is what additive is added to the base gasoline.
