Yep, he's right, it was the Republic that was built in Alma. I believe I saw somewhere that the Republic was THE truck of WW1, and many (most?) were left behind in Europe. A co-worker's BIL collects them Republic truck, I think he has 4 or 6 of them. I guess he's the go to guy for info about them.
