I had to remove the generator, laid it on the bench and heated it up good with the oxy/acetylene torch. That was the only way it was going to happen. I'll do the same with the water pump pulley when it is time to remove/replace the water pump. For now, just roll the old belt off, and roll the new belt on. Watch your fingers.
