Heat in Oxy/Acetylene is a distinct warning of danger. Acetylene is an unstable gas when over 15PSI. It can, and has. self destructed when confined in a closed space with room to phase change. That is why the use of check valves and anti backfire valves are imperative. The C2H2 compound can explode with no oxygen present. DO not ues the Craftsman set until it has been serviced. Then make sure the output pressure never gets to 15psi. Jim
