I took out a hot water boiler heating system and installed hvac forced air with all new ductwork. Part of the new round ducts go in the 2 car tuckunder garage where we had to remove drywall ceiling between the joists. The square trunk lines are insulated in the garage area and part of the way into basement to prevent condensation. Question is what insulation would be the easiest,best,cheapest to wrap the round pipe in the unheated garage with as it is already in place and hooked up?
