I got a flat today,,,was on a slope, got it to level ground,,was deciding what to do and my friend called. He was on the way to his cabin which is 4 miles from our place. He had a friend with him,,,he said get the jack ready,we will be right there! Now I must explain, the old farm where I keep the tractor is not connected to where the houses are,its a block away.I leave my truck there and drive the tractor to mow.Now I must take a walk to get the truck and jack. As i am walking the phone rings. It was Old from here on the tractor site, calling all the way from Missouri! We had a nice talk while I was walking. As I was walking the farmer was planting. I told Old when I get to the top of the hill I m gonna take pictures and post where I was while talking with him.Heres the hill as I got to the top. Now Im headed for the old farm to get the jack. And scanning to the left Thanks for calling Old,it was nice of you..I backed up to the bank and we rolled the tire onto my truck. My brother said he will help me fix it ,and my nephew said he has a spare wheel and tire if I need it.
