Hope this convices people, you should take a look inside all AC's before using. If you pay someone to clean your AC watch to see if they look at evaporator coils. If you are not watching there is a chance they won't do what you are paying them for. You may think you are looking at dirt, which soap would have removed. I had to use many applications of bleach, rince off, used compressed air then bleach again. Took me about an hour to turn the styrofoam white again. Bleach kills black mold. There are other cleaners HVAC uses, but I've been using bleach for about 40 years.. Don't want to leave bleach on coils, may cause them to turn green. That's not good for the copper.
