case guy, That's my question, Why is there mold on some building materials and not on others? The bigger question is aluminum siding on a house don't have mold. I put it on in 1979. A mobile home made in the 70-80' with aluminum siding is moldy. Not my MH, just drove by one. SO WHY?
Not to mention I react to mold. I hate cleaning vinyl siding. geo
