I personally think 19k for a 30 year old track loader is nearly double true price, track loaders bring roughly 1/2 to 2/3rds of what dozers bring for the same model. I am not saying it is not a good machine because the 455c certainly is, I am just saying that you have a lot of room to negotiate if the seller gets serious, even with the new undercarriage and other recent work 12K should buy that machine from a dealer, 10k at auction.
