Mr. Buford, I disagree that they are a lifeline. I used to have the same attitude as a lot of you guys about cell phones until one fateful day. My brother was working by himself in the woods,and rolled a log across his lower abdomen. Totally pinned. A friend had stopped to visit when he saw his truck down the woods road in the morning. Bill had spent 18 hours under this log, spent 4 weeks in the hospital with black fluid oozing from every orifice in his body. Docs sad another hour or two would have been it. His cell phone was 150 ft away from him on the dashboard of his truck! Now everyone in my family carries their LIFELINE in their pocket!!!
