Everyone heals different. I tore my rotor cuff a year or so ago. It was really hurting. I actually heard it tear. I did the MRI. I was in so much pain in the tube from being in one position for so long. Just about the time I thought I was going to squeeze the panic bulb It was over. The doctor started me on therapy . Each time I left therapy it hurt worse. I finally stopped going. Now I can use it like before, almost no pain. I should have it fixed, but I hav two hip joints to be replaced first. Waiting for my mowing season to be over to do the hips.Stan
