I hope you are not as claustrophobic as I turned out to be... have had several MRIs for leg issues, but going in the tube head first and trying to lay your bad shoulder flat makes your other shoulder rub on the top of the tube. Felt like getting stuck, then just went haywire, pulse and breathing shot up, sweating, etc. Had to pull me out for a few minutes. Even the second stint was hairy. I have never been adventurous to crawl inside stuff anyway, but this even surprised me. Makes the thought of crawling inside a plugged silo unloader breathing from a shop vac totally impossible!
