I know its a bunch of crap. But believe me that is a win. I deal with several large farm equipment companies and I get wrapped up in these deals from time to time. You wouldn't believe the crap they throw at you to try to get out of making things right. I call those people the paycheck collectors.
The last time they were trying to screw me out of an amount over two thousand dollars. I finally emailed the company president, that afternoon I got a call from the president himself and got two calls from the people giving me a hard time, both apologized.
