Yeah, I think it's probably where we draw the starting line. Nuclear weapons are definitely off my list, unless you can show a specific need lol. I'm not familiar with the Speak incident at all, but if you can imagine it then someone probably will try it. I think guns are like alcohol or drugs in a sense, they don't affect the majority of people that come into contact with them but when they are affected it can be at a huge cost.
It really makes you wonder how much different they would have written the constitution if they could just spend 1 day with us now. I would bet they would have banned reality shows.
