One of the three tractors I have is a 2008 Jinma 254. Bought it new that year. I use it very seldom though it has been great. Still has the original battery. Very easy to work on though I have only had to do normal upkeep. Parts are as bjr says, easy to get if you can wait for the order to get to ya'. Might not be a good candidate for hard regular use but for homeowner hobby use it's probably ok.
