Forget the attorneys or legal eagle stuff because ebay provides sellers with many ways to short stop a sale. A few that come to mind are; Item found to have defect, description not accurate, item sold locally, item was lost or stolen and if none of that fits you can just plain state that the item is no longer for sale for reasons you don't have to state. If you paid for the item then Ebay will be very prompt with forcing the seller to return your money, if they dont then Ebay will pay you collect from them.
Upload one or more videos to your post. Photo filesizes should be less than 300K and Videos, less than 2MB. Formats allowed are gif, jpg, png, ogg, mp4, mov, and avi. Be sure to use filenames without spaces or special characters, and filetypes of 3 digits lower case.
