About 6 or 7 years ago, we bought a bunch of stuff at Home Depot; lumber for a picket fence, some power tools etc. We had the big stuff delivered, but took home a Milwaukee Sawzall, some rabbit wire, and a few other small things. When they delivered, they delivered everything including a duplicate Sawzall, rabbit wire etc. The driver wouldn't take them back, said call the store. I called the guy at the ProDesk who helped us and said he would call me back after he made arrangements to have them picked up. A week later, I called again; he said he would call back. No call. I'm sure he figured he would get in trouble for screwing up the order. After 2 weeks, we brought the stuff back ourselves. I have no idea what went down, but his manager was very thankful. Shoot, I once drove back to Harbor Freight to return a magnetic drill bit tip that I didn't pay for; it cost a buck. I sleep good at night.
