I'm gonna have to partially side with you. If her attitude costs her something out of her paycheck,maybe she'll straighten out. Bad day or not,I'm fed up to the gills with people who are supposed to be in customer service giving bad service. If she doesn't want a job where she has to deal with the public,maybe she should try to get a job in a fire watch tower. If that was the price she gave you and you paid it,then that was the price. It's not like you wrote a check for less than they told you and got away with it was it?
