The better half is interested in genealogy. I coulden't care less as they are folks I never knew. Way back when she ran across something and told Pop some of his folks came from France. Don't think I ever seen him more ticked off in my life. I don't think it would have bothered him half as much if she had said Japan and they were the ones that shot him, busted his skull, bayoneted his stomach open and left him for dead during the war.
