Okay I get that with the positive/ negative. Seems like their would be a (Under and Over charging) problem either way they are hooked, depending on witch one was trying to charge their respective battery. 6V would put a small charge to the 12V and the 12V would put a high charge to the 6V when it is running. :? :? I guess the solid state regulator would protect the 12V, but what happens when the 6V regulator is closed and the 12V begins to charge ??
