If you want to farm you go south to the valleys. Here are some pictures of that if you want farmland. Think about haying when you cut alfalfa every 30 days and never have to worry about it getting rained on. That picture of the dairy setup milks 8,000 cows and runs nearly a mile long. The trees getting a drink are either pistachio or pecan trees I am not sure which as they grow both.
