Well, you tell me. Do you know how it works? I see nothing in the operators manual about what lights will operate when the switch is moved. Seems logical that if moving the switch from "8" to "4" makes the 7 & 8 sockets go out then it should also make the 1 & 2 sockets go out...but that is not what is happening. The tech manual might help with this, but I do not have that one. I think I have reason to be concerned about whether or not this monitor is working correctly. Also, I do not see how putting it on the planter is going to help. I read nothing about a diagnostic in the manual that I can run on the planter. If you know of one, please tell me. The seller of this monitor stated in an email it did not work so he took it into the JD dealer and had it "refurbished", $55 charge. Seems like it should work.
