A friend of mine was wandering the back roads of Minnesota years ago, looking for his grandpas place with me in the passenger seat.
He kept mentioning it had a floating lake in the pond.
I was confused, but it was a nice drive, just was a passenger.....
Well we finally stumble upon it, turns out there was a big raft of trees that had dirt on them, so there was a floating island in the pond. Ok, that makes some sense.
We drive up in the yard, my friend takes some pictures. I ask how long has his grandparents lived there?
Oh, they sold the place maybe 15 years ago, no idea who lives here now........
