I had heard all the "cherry juice" remedies for gout. Tried it with no benefit. The doc put me on Uloric and I have had no trouble now for 4 or 5 years.

I put up with damned gout problems for several years before an ER room doctor figured out the problem.

Most people think it is in the feet, and mostly it is, but I had extremely painful bouts in my ankles and even elbow.

Not fun.

I think for mild gout, the cherry juice might help.

My uric acid levels were way beyond mild.
