What is funny is when a city is going to put in "Light Rail" and as they dig up the street they find the rails from 60 years ago after the idiots closed down the original street cars. The DC capital had one of the largest and best street car systems in the country till GM told the government to get rid of the street cars and buy busses. And we let the idiots rule. That last one is a spanking brand new street car rail. You can put Belgin block right up to it or street tar and the flange of the wheels in that little groove. Also keeps wagon wheels for getting busted off.
