I recently got a tractor that sat inside for ten years going agian. I used a 12 volt battery and its reversed polarity. Its a massey ferguson 175 gas from 1967. The electricle was working fine until, we ran it a bit then after we shut it of, the amp meter read a draw of +30 full in the plus zone. But when we started it back up again the amp meter was back to normal. Also too i tried taking the batterie connectors of and putting them back on, it sparked of the terminals, but the whole electrile sytems works fine and still goes back to normal when its runing. You also have to connect the solonoid directly to the positive terminal. But with the soliniod disconected it still does this. PLEASE HELP IS IT NORMAL OR IS SOMETHING WRONG.
