Yes the F-14 was only built in 1938-1939.
I was told by someone who worked at the IH plant during the 1960's and he said the F-14's were only built for 6 months since the "A","H" & "M" also came out in late 1939 to take the place of the "F" series tractors. Evidently some of the F-12's were built in the first part of 1938.
