Also found out that they need to be perfectly straight. I do mean Straight. Bought one on Fleabey just to have it even though my CUB is not mag. The crank had a tiny kink in it. No dice bucko. Nice and straight and paint job and now it fits. I am not crazy enough to try and start one with out the impulse. Years ago I did that one time and she lifted me right off of the ground!
