Jocco and 1206SWMO, thanks for the tips. Our problem is our club insurance. They don't want to cover such an event. Even our show is ruled that there is very limited driving. It is held at a big car museum (Gilmore car museum) and all the proceeds from the gate belong to them so paying our insurance is a trick. We rely mostly on donations to pay our premiums. It's a big problem that we are working to remedy. If we could find a way to create some income (again, a big issue we are currently trying to tackle) we might be able to afford better insurance. The cost is getting out of hand. We will keep the plow day small this year. Club members only. That's why I am hosting it on my own. I hope that it will grow over time but we will have to see. I just want to hold some sort of event where our members can play a little and have some fun, get to know each other, and heck, get to know me and my family too:)!!!
