I have a 2004 Chevy 6.6 turbo diesel 4wd with 115k miles and all I have ever replaced is batteries and tires with one tune up. It has the tow-haul feature and can lock out od as well. Don't know the rear end ratio. Cruising mileage is about 19 and locally about 15. Not too impressive but can live with those numbers.
