Ok, update. Took the fuel line loose and emptied all 10+ gallons of diesel out into a large fluid catch. It has a built in screen on the pump. Long story short, the filter was full of these. I had my neighbor come over to ask him what it was since he has a large farming operation and he brought over his mechanic too. He's going to let me know if there is anything seriously wrong with it. He told me that if the seller did this, then there's no telling what is in the hydraulic tank and that he could have done the same thing to it.
