Any of the specialists you named will take the time to explain the issue and how they are correcting it and why if you ask. They won't tell someone it's magic and that they are too dense to understand it. That's the issue in this specific case. In my profession I went out of my way to explain the why's and how's and the technical aspects of DOT rules and regs to truckers so they could better understand how things worked, why and how they could best use the information. We used to call that "professionalism" and common courtesy. End of story.
