Here in Wisconsin the State people check trucks @ sale barns and grain trucks hauling into the local elevators. Knew of someone that got tagged at a sale barn and fined $1000+. That was several years ago. Not worth the risk for 40 cent a gallon cost differential between dyed fuel and highway fuel.
