Been checked several times. Revenue is always at the local auction sales and elevators. Friend of mine got caught with red fuel in his pickup. He got fined $1000 from both the state and the feds. Basically its tax evasion so he got audited by both the IRS and state for the last five years. He is also on a list that lets any officer in the area stop at his farm and check his vehicles for the next five years unannounced. He said it has cost him several thousand dollars and much headache with the audits ect, just to save a few bucks on fuel. My advise, no way is it worth it to take the chance of running red fuel!
