Have been trying to submit e-file my taxes since Saturday on H&R software. Thing is failing to accept the upload. Directs me to call their 888 number help line. Been on them twice, and no resolution. They will call back within 24-48 hours. First time they stood me up, prompting me to call them, another delay for two days. They just called. Problem is on their end. They will issue an update on the 23rd that should take care of the problem. We'll see!
I am not happy on several levels, especially that they are unable to resolve this issue promptly. Also resent the "we'll call back in 24 to 48 hours, which virtually tied me to the house and computer for 4 days.
Watch me when I file next year's taxes on their competitor's software.
