Good flow and safety cans do not go along with each other. These new EPA safety cans are a joke at best and the only thing safe about any of them if if you never fill one with gas. Other wise if you use them you will spill gas no matter how much you try not to. If you already have the plastic safety cans just go to a place like Orscheln's and buy the spout kits and that will fix your gas can problem
