I know in MO an accident falls off and your rate should drop back down after 3 years, or at least with my company it does. I was in similar situation for a while with my son, and I called just before the 3 year anniversary, and they reduced his rate considerably, but I had to keep on them. Also, see about putting high risk driver as primary driver on a vehicle with liability only, and even though they are primary driver on the low price liability insured vehicle, they can still drive the others if policy is correct. Another thing I ran into a few years ago was that an agent had tagged medical coverage on my vehicles which I did not need since I had health insurance, so I removed that and saved a few dollars.
