You could try Grosz Wrecking in Garrison ND. 763-478-1556 The last time I was there (maybe 3 years ago) they had quite a few 1960s tractors. I was looking for IH560 parts and did not inquire about Deerly de Parted JD units. It is wheat country so many Wheatland/Western tractors and would suspect that they parted out some 820/830 units.
Just called him and he has maybe 8 pony motors on the ground. He will look to see if he has started to part one out and if it has the carb. You can give him a call in a day or so, after he has a chance to look.
