People dumping trash everywhere is very annoying. As far as auctions, there are never any trash cans so sometimes you have to walk a long ways to get rid of your trash. I put it in my pocket but it takes a lot of determination to get it in a trash can. Apparently they have decided it is easier to pick up a little trash than to put out garbage cans.
