I Bet that's a scrap yard been keeping them from the shredder for a while, and now the price on the mountain of other stuff they have has tanked,and they can maybe only move 2 loads a week, like our local guy and their 50ft high mountain, that fills most of the yard. They are trying to sell these to pay bills. i bet if a guy went in with an offer and if they said nope we will crush them, and you said go right ahead they would change their tune before you got back in your truck and got the door closed!.
