I don't know much of what is happening either. I am sure the city was only trying to keep the water system safe, and had no idea this would happen. I was listening to a nut job reporter talking about the city useing lead pipes for water. Just adding more fuel to the fire. I doubt the pipes were made out of lead. I think the Romans used lead pipes centuries ago. Here in California There is a natural gas leak that can't be stopped causing a lot of residents health problems.
