I just go to my bank and tell them I want to borrow ten or twenty thousand dollars and they have me sign some loan papers and give me a check. I could get a thirty thousand loan from my credit card if needed but I just pay cash and the only person who has to approve that is my wife. I would not buy a used mobile home unless I could pay cash since they are pretty cheap and if you could pay on a loan you should be able to quickly save enough to buy one out right and you would have means to barter with the seller.
